• Static and dynamic assessment completed followed by massage treatment using a variety of hands on manual techniques, mobilisations and stretches.

• Electronic treatment report provided via Equigate.

Soft Tissue Treatment

• Soft Tissue treatment provided at your location.

• Includes assessment and sports massage with various hands on techniques applied to target areas of concern.

• Aftercare advice provided, including stretches and strengthening exercises where relevant.

Rider Assessment - Level 1
(Rider Focused)

• Rider assessment completed in and out of the saddle.

• Hands on techniques applied to target areas identified in assessment.

• Summary report provided electronically after the session with aftercare advice, including stretches and strengthening exercises where relevant.

£60 - Approx 1 hour for 1:1

£50 - For group bookings of 3 or more at the same location

Rider Assessment - Level 2
(Rider Focused)

​This package includes everything in Level 1 plus:

• Sports massage applied to target areas identified from assessment. ​

£85 - Approx 1.5 hours

Horse & Rider Assessment - Level 3
(Horse & Rider Focused)

​​This package includes everything in Level 1 & 2 plus:

• Horse static & dynamic assessment.

• Equine sports massage provided using a variety of hands on manual techniques, mobilisations and stretches.

• Summary report provided electronically after the session for both horse & rider with aftercare advice.
